Multi-faults detection is a challenge for rolling bearings due to the mode mixture and coupling of multiple fault features, as well as its easy burying in the complex, non-stationary structural vibrations and strong background noises. In this paper, a method based on the flexible analytical wavelet transform (FAWT) possessing fractional scaling and translation factors is proposed to identify multiple faults occurred in different components of rolling bearings. During the route of the proposed method, the proper FAWT bases are constructed via genetic optimization algorithm (GA) based on maximizing the spectral correlated kurtosis (SCK) which is firstly presented and proved to be efficient and effective in indicating interested fault mode. Via using the customized FAWT bases for each interested fault mode, the original vibration measurements are decomposed into fine frequency subbands, and the sensitive subband which enhances the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) is selected to exhibit the fault signature on its envelope spectrum. The proposed method is tested via simulated signals, and applied to analyze the experimental vibration measurements from the running roller bearings subjected to outrace, inner-race and roller defects. 可控的过失速机动是先进战斗机超机动性能的重要标志,飞机飞行包线的扩大已超出传统的大气数据系统测量范围,可靠的迎角、侧滑角、总压、静压等飞行大气数据是制约先进战斗机过失速机动中飞行控制的关键因素。以中国推力矢量验证机为对象,基于过失速机动飞行试验的数据,开展大气参数估计与验证研究。结合过失速机动的时间与空间特性,研究了基于风速、地速、空速矢量和惯性姿态、导航参数的大气参数融合计算方法;针对过失速大迎角状态下飞机周围气流非定常、模型非线性导致的融合大气参数误差的复杂特性,进一步构建深度神经网络,对机动状态融合迎角、侧滑角的强非线性误差进行拟合。仿真和飞行试验表明:该方法可在大迎角飞行状态下实现主要大气参数的融合估计,过失速机动过程中融合迎角误差优于2.3°,融合得到的大气参数可为过失速大迎角机动飞行控制提供可靠的大气参数状态反馈。 相似文献

This paper investigates a time-varying anti-disturbance formation problem for a group of quadrotor aircrafts with time-varying uncertainties and a directed interaction topology. A novel Finite-Time Convergent Extended State Observer (FTCESO) based fully-distributed formation control scheme is proposed to enhance the disturbance rejection and the formation tracking performances for networked quadrotors. By adopting the hierarchical control strategy, the multi-quadrotor system is separated into two subsystems: the outer-loop cooperative subsystem and the inner-loop attitude subsystem. In the outer-loop subsystem, with the estimation of disturbing forces and uncertain dynamics from FTCESOs, an adaptive consensus theory based cooperative controller is exploited to ensure the multiple quadrotors form and maintain a time-varying pattern relying only on the positions of the neighboring aircrafts. In the inner-loop subsystem, the desired attitude generated by the cooperative control law is stably tracked under a FTCESO-based attitude controller in a finite time. Based on a detailed algorithm to specify the cooperative control protocol, the feasibility condition to achieve the time-varying anti-disturbance formation tracking is derived and the rigorous analysis of the whole closed-loop multi-quadrotor system is given. In this paper, an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) enabled Mobile Edge Computing (MEC) system is studied, in which UAV acts as server to offer computing offloading service to the Mobile Users (MUs) with limited computing capability and energy budget. We aim to minimize the total energy consumption of MUs by jointly optimizing the bit allocation for uplink, computing at the UAV and downlink, along with the UAV trajectory in a unified framework. To this end, a trajectory constraint model is employed to avoid sudden changes of velocity and acceleration during flying. Due to high-order information in use, we lead to a more reasonable nonconvex optimization problem than prior arts. An Alternating Direction Method of Multipliers (ADMM) method is introduced to solve the optimization problem, which is decomposed into a set of easy sub-problems, to meet the requirement on the efficiency in edge computing. Numerical results demonstrate that our approach leads a smoother UAV trajectory, significantly save the energy consumption for UAV during flying. 相似文献

针对许多基于深度学习的滚动轴承故障诊断方法在小样本数据集下诊断性能下降的问题,提出一种基于卷积门控循环神经网络的轴承故障诊断模型。该模型使用两层的卷积网络来从输入信号中提取特征,同时使用tanh函数作为激活函数,且池化层使用大池化核来进行重叠下采样。将所提取得到的高层特征连接到双向门控循环网络。合并循环网络正向和逆向的最后一个状态,并连接一层全连接层进行输出。选用凯斯西储大学的轴承故障数据集来验证模型在小样本数据集下的诊断性能,实验结果表明,相比于其他类型的模型,该模型在仅有20个训练样本的情况下依然保持97%的识别准确率。 相似文献

采用放大试验规模(处理量1 m3/h)的H2O2(过氧化氢)/UV(紫外线)/O3(臭氧)氧化技术处理肼类推进剂污水,在30.0±1.6 ℃,pH=9.0±0.2的条件下,研究肼类的过氧化氢增强光解臭氧化降解。对比不同氧化技术的协同效应以及对污水降解的影响,重点考察过氧化氢、紫外线、臭氧和初始浓度等工艺参数对降解效果的影响,对氧化技术的应用进行了优化。研究结果表明:该技术可使COD去除率提高27.66%,肼类的降解速率随着过氧化氢投加量、紫外线辐射强度、O3投加速率和水质地提高而升高,随着初始质量浓度的提高而下降。在最佳工艺下,处理5 000 mg/L质量浓度的废水,处理60 min时,COD去除率分别为98.62%(偏二甲肼)、99.17%(甲基肼)、99.94%(肼)和93.25%(单推-3)。 相似文献
